Summer courses

We offer summer courses in general English for people aged 16 or over. Younger children may be exceptionally accepted if they are accompanied by a family member. The courses are at different levels to suit individual needs. Classes are composed of small groups. The courses give special emphasis to these areas:

On your first day there will be an entrance test so that we can place you in the most appropriate group. The test will consist of a series of written exercises, followed by a short oral interview. It is very important to study at the right level because you will progress more rapidly when faced with the appropriate degree of challenge.

You will be provided free of charge with a course book, consisting of a student book and workbook. In addition, your teacher will give you supplementary photocopied material, which will be specifically selected to suit the needs and interests of you and the others in your group.

Because class sizes are small, there are plenty of opportunities to practise your speaking skills and to receive a high degree of individual attention from your teacher.

The English summer courses are in general English, but specialized courses in areas such as Business English are also possible. Please contact us for details.

Teaching staff

Your teachers are highly qualified and have vast experience of teaching English to speakers of other languages. They have taught in various European countries in schools, companies and institutions of higher education. They will make sure that you learn in a friendly, relaxed environment and that your stay will be a happy and rewarding one.
